Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. The role involves installing above-ground pools across the state, performing precision grading and residential dirt work, and delivering a high-volume workflow with 20–30 pool installs per month. Operate equipment including a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and use transit or laser level. Must have you own tools (not provided) and maintain a valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 general liability coverage. Training will be provided (3-day program) to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Potential earnings include daily pay and bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pool bonuses), with some installers earning up to $30,000 per month. The company has operated nationwide since 1982 and aims to keep crews busy with a steady stream of installations. Applicants should be prepared for a high-volume schedule and immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools can be owned, rented, or leased; must provide)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
