Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. responsible for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, with at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide own equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) and insurance. Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability policy or ability to obtain one. Willingness to travel up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month, immediate start, and participation in a 3-day onboarding training. Compensation includes average earnings per daily pool install ($1,400–$1,600) and bonuses (sign-on $500, $500 for every 5 pools up to 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week for five installs in a week), with daily pay. Required Qualifications
