Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract-based, high-volume above-ground pool installations. You will operate heavy machinery and grading equipment to complete 20–30 installations per month within a 200-mile radius, with a required reliable helper and owned equipment. Role includes on-site installations, strict adherence to build processes, immediate start, and earnings potential up to six figures monthly. Training is provided (3 days) with a current installer, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy. Bonus incentives include a $500 sign-on bonus and additional bonuses per pools installed, plus weekly incentives for multiple installs in a week. Daily pay is available after each installation. Company offers a steady stream of high-volume work with pay opportunities ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 per daily install, with some installers earning up to $30,000 per month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership required)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
