Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across MO; responsibilities include completing high-volume installations with precision grading/dirt work, deliver quality installations, work with a full-time helper, use equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/front loader, transit or laser level); requires 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or residential dirt work, valid driver's license and insurance, $1,000,000 liability, ability to cover up to 200 miles, training provided, daily pay, bonuses, and earnings up to $30,000/mo.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- ability to pass 3-day on-the-job training program
