Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience (pool installations or precision grading/dirt work), ownership or access to a full-size work vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader,Transit or laser level, valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, and ability to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. Includes 3-day on-the-job training, daily pay, and bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pools incentives). Immediate start with potential earnings around $1,400–$1,600 per day per install, plus weekly bonuses and daily pay. The role is contractor-based and located in Yellow Springs, OH, with the company providing a steady stream of installation jobs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- transit or laser level
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- crew with at least one reliable full-time helper
