Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installs in Crawfordsville, AR. Requires 5+ years' experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, ownership or access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level, plus a valid driver's license and $1,000,000 GL insurance. Must have at least one reliable full-time helper and be willing to cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 installations per month. Includes a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer and daily pay with bonuses; pay described as average earnings per daily pool install and potential for higher monthly earnings. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
