Job Summary
Experienced grading contractor or heavy equipment operator for contract-based above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations across a defined radius with a focus on quality workmanship, operating or coordinating use of equipment (e.g., skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level), ensuring timely delivery of installs, and maintaining safety and insurance requirements. You must have access to a full set of tools/equipment, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to bring a reliable helper. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job) to learn the company’s build process. Compensation highlights include daily pool-install earnings with potential monthly totals, sign-on bonuses, additional bonuses per weekly/monthly pool targets, and daily pay after completed installations. Company provides nationwide pool-install expertise and seeks individuals ready to start immediately within a 200-mile radius of Ashland, MO.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
