Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. You will perform grading and precise dirt work and install above-ground pools across the state, supporting a high-volume flow of work. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant grading experience, plus a reliable full-time helper, ownership of essential equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level), and a valid driver’s license with insurance (general liability $1,000,000 or ability to obtain). Training is provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Pay is delivered per completed installation with bonuses and potential monthly earnings; daily pay is available. Immediate start and up to 200-mile radius coverage for 20–30 pools per month. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- training: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer

- ability to generate earnings of $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install with potential up to $30,000 per month
