Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. You must provide a full-size vehicle capable of towing, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a laser level. Training is provided. Earn between $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install (avg 6–8 hours); some installers make up to $30,000 per month. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools (up to 25 pools), and an extra $1,000 per week for completing 5 installs in a week. Daily pay after each installation. 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Apply via the company website. Location noted: Koppel, PA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
