Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Responsible for completing high-volume pool installations with precision grading and dirt-work expertise in a contractor setting. Must provide own tow-capable vehicle and heavy equipment (skid steer/front loader) and handle installations within a 200-mile radius. Training program provided; 3-day onboarding with an experienced installer. Competitive earnings per pool with bonus structure and daily pay, with potential to reach substantial monthly income in a nationwide pool-installation operation. Minimums include a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 GL insurance; must have at least one reliable full-time helper and be able to start immediately. Ability to manage scheduling and ensure timely, quality installations across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable full-time helper
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- transit or laser level
- availability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- contractor position with daily pay and bonuses
- ability to obtain tools/equipment (owner-provided)
- no general laborer scope
- excellent safety and quality workmanship
