Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations in Kansas. Responsibilities include completing quality installations for 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius, operating a full-size vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), bringing required license/insurance, and coordinating with a reliable helper. Earn an average of $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, with potential bonuses and daily pay; some installers make up to $30,000 per month. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Daily pay after each completed installation
- Bonuses structure: $500 sign-on bonus; extra $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools); additional $1,000 per week when 5 installs in a week
