Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Ensure quality installations while maintaining a high-volume workload (20-30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius). Requires access to and use of specific equipment, a reliable helper, and the ability to start immediately; includes a 3-day on-the-job training to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Daily pay structure and potential bonuses for performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/front loader, and transit or laser level
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- training: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
