Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to install above-ground pools across the state. The position requires grading/dirt-work expertise, owning or leasing required equipment, driving to installation sites within up to a 200-mile radius, and completing a short on-site training. Expect high-volume work with earnings tied to per-pool installs, a sign-on bonus, and additional performance bonuses; daily pay is available after each installation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned or leased by you)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
