Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include performing grading and pool installations with owned equipment, coordinating with a crew (including at least one full-time helper), and completing quality installations to target 20–30 pools per month. The role requires access to a full-size vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance are required. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing

- Auto insurance
- General liability insurance policy of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain one
