Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations, precision grading, and operating equipment to support 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius. Requires 5+ years of proven experience (above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work), ownership of a full-size work vehicle and necessary equipment, valid license and $1,000,000 GL insurance, ability to start immediately, and willingness to travel up to 200 miles. 3-day on-the-job training provided with a current installer. Daily pay, sign-on bonus, and performance bonuses offered; average earnings per pool install range from $1,400 to $1,600 with potential monthly earnings up to $30,000. Tools are not provided by the company. Location: Bowerston, OH (US).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership required)
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Average earnings $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install; bonuses and daily pay details
