Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator for contract-based, high-volume above-ground pool installations across MO. Role requires 5+ years in pool installation or precision grading, with at least one full-time helper, access to required equipment, and an ability to cover up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3 days on the job). Pay includes daily earnings of about $1,400–$1,600 per pool, potential up to $30k/month, plus bonuses and daily pay. Company supports nationwide overhead and seeks operators to perform quality installations efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- License & Insurance: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer to learn build process and grading skills
- Pay & Bonuses: Average earnings $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install; some installers up to $30,000 per month; $500 sign-on bonus; $1,000 per week for 5 installs in a week; daily pay after each installation
