Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator role for Blue World Pools, Inc. handling above-ground pool installations across the state. You will perform quality installations, manage a high-volume schedule (20–30 pools per month), and operate equipment such as a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat, front loader, and laser level. Requires 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. You must provide your own tools/equipment (including a tow vehicle and appropriate machinery). Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Compensation includes average earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, with bonuses and daily pay; opportunities for up to $30,000 per month for top performers. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Access to a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Ability to start immediately
