Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for contract above-ground pool installations across MO. You will perform quality pool installs, grading and dirt work, using equipment such as skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and laser level. Requires 5+ years in above-ground pool installs or precision grading, a reliable full-time helper, and your own towing-capable vehicle and insurance. Training is provided (3 days). Expect high-volume work with a 200-mile radius, daily pay structure, and potential bonuses for multiple pool installations each week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, plus residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- ability to start immediately
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- contractor position (not general labor)
