Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools installs above-ground pools across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations with a focus on precision grading and using equipment such as skid steers/front loaders and laser/transit levels. Must bring and maintain a full crew (one reliable helper) and an essential set of tools and vehicle. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program. Pay includes daily earnings per pool with bonuses and potential monthly earnings, with immediate daily pay. Location: Weston, MO, US.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
