Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Heavy Equipment Operator for contract above-ground pool installations. Must have 5+ years in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. Requires access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle, Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level; tools provided by you. Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3 days) to learn Blue World Pools’ build process and verify grading skills. Compensation includes daily earnings between $1,400–$1,600 per pool (average install 6–8 hours), potential monthly earnings up to $30,000, $500 sign-on bonus, $500 extra per 5 pools up to 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week for 5 installs in a week.
