Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations and related grading/dirt work, operating a full-size tow vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader), and using a laser level to verify precision grading. Must have 5+ years of proven experience (pool installations or residential dirt work), bring a reliable full-time helper, have required tools/equipment (to be provided if needed via partners), and hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability insurance. Training is provided through a 3-day onboarding with a current installer. Work features a 200-mile installation radius, with earnings potential described as daily pool-install pay plus bonuses; daily pay is available after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
