Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Operate equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level) to complete quality pool installations with precision grading. Must have 5+ years experience in above-ground pool installations or residential dirt work, bring a reliable full-time helper, and provide equipment. Training provided. Potential earnings include daily pay with bonuses; position based in Hazelwood, MO with up to 200-mile radius coverage to deliver 20–30 pools per month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- training program: 3-day on-the-job with a current installer
