Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Operate heavy equipment (including skid steers/front loaders/Bobcats) and perform precision grading/dirt work. Must provide own tools and a reliable full-time helper. Role requires travel within up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pool installations per month. Training provided (3 days) to learn Blue World Pools’ build process. Certifications: must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 GL insurance. Company provides a steady stream of installs; profitability emphasized with bonuses and immediate daily pay. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, plus a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
