Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator role for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing above-ground pool installations across the state. The contractor will install 20–30 pools per month, travel up to 200 miles, and complete a 3-day on-the-job training. The job requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, access to the contractor’s own full-size vehicle and heavy equipment ( skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a valid driver’s license with liability insurance. Compensation includes daily pool-install earnings of $1,400–$1,600, potential bonuses, daily pay, and potential monthly earnings up to ~$30,000, with bonuses for milestone installs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment must be provided by contractor)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
