Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract-heavy opportunity for experienced equipment operators to perform above-ground pool installations nationwide. Responsibilities include completing quality installations for 20–30 pools per month within a up-to-200-mile radius, using heavy equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and adhering to build processes taught in a 3-day on-the-job training. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and liability coverage. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and $1,000 extra per week for 5 installs in a week. Daily pay is available. Training provided by current installer.
