Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper. Equipment: access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one). Availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Pay discussions include average earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, with potential bonuses and daily pay arrangements described. Company provides a steady, high-volume pipeline of installs and frequent work opportunities since 1982.
