Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. The role requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus ownership of a full-size work vehicle and equipment (tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level). Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Position offers a daily payroll model, with average earnings per pool between $1,400 and $1,600 and potential monthly earnings up to six figures. Training is provided (3 days) before starting, and installers can cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Immediate start available; bonuses and daily pay are featured. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy
- Availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
