Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Role requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or significant precision grading/dirt work. Operator must provide a full set of required tools and equipment (including a tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a laser or transit level) and maintain $1,000,000 liability insurance. Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3 days) to learn Blue World Pools’ build process and verify grading accuracy. Typical earnings per install range $1,400–$1,600 with bonuses up to $1,000 per week for high-volume performance and a $500 sign-on bonus; some installers reportedly make up to $30,000 per month. Daily pay available. Location is Diggins, MO, USA. This is a contractor position with ongoing, high-volume work across the state; applicants should have strong grading/dirt-work experience and the ability to deliver high-quality pool installations consistently.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- contractor position (not for general laborers)
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- tools/equipment provided by entrant (or provided by entrant to be used)
