Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. 5+ years of experience in pool installations or precision grading/dirt work. Must bring or have access to equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit/laser level) and provide tools. Requires valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability coverage. Will work within a 200-mile radius, completing 20–30 pools per month. Training provided; pay includes daily earnings per pool with bonuses for volume. Location: Galena, MO, USA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to cover up to 200 miles installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training (provided)
