Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Missouri, focusing on grading and dirt work with 5+ years of proven experience. Bring and use your own full-size towing-capable vehicle and specific equipment ( skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Engage in a contract role with a training program, immediate-start availability, and a pathway to earnings through per-pool pay and performance bonuses. Work within a 200-mile radius, completing 20–30 pools per month, with daily pay and a $500 sign-on bonus plus accumulation bonuses and weekly incentives. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Daily Pay; Bonuses: $500 Sign-On Bonus; extra $500 for every 5 pools (up to first 25 pools); extra $1,000 per week when 5 installs in a week
