Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations across the state, maintaining quality installations, adhering to the build process learned during a 3-day training, and working within a 200-mile radius. Compensation highlights include daily pay, sign-on bonus of $500, and performance bonuses (e.g., $1,000 extra per week after completing 5 installs in a week and additional bonuses for quarterly pool totals). Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- owns or has access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
