Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in Ohio. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations, performing precision grading and residential dirt work, operating a full-size tow-capable vehicle and equipment (Bobcat/front loader/ skid steer), using a transit or laser level, and servicing a high-volume pipeline of 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius. Training is provided (3 days) with a current installer. Potential earnings range from $1,400–$1,600 per pool installed, with daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and additional bonuses for performance across multiple pools per week. Company provides a steady stream of installs and supports contractors who bring their own tools and crew. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license

- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- access to transit or laser level
- training participation (3-day on-the-job training)
