Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations; operate and install above-ground pools across the state; must bring own equipment and helper; provide a 3-day training; requirements include 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or grading/dirt work; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability insurance; ability to travel up to 200 miles; bonuses and daily pay offered. Ensure you have equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader) and a reliable helper to support 20–30 pool installations per month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
