Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. You must provide your own full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Must hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, with a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one). Willing to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Average earnings per daily pool install range from $1,400 to $1,600, with bonuses and potential to reach up to $30,000 per month. Daily pay available, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and an extra $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and an additional $1,000 per week after completing 5 installs in a week. Required Qualifications
