Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator role for Blue World Pools, Inc. specializing in above-ground pool installations across the state. You will be responsible for completing high-volume pool installations with precision grading and dirt work, using equipment such as a full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Requires 5+ years of experience (above-ground pools or residential dirt work), a reliable full-time helper, access to your own tools/equipment, and a valid driver’s license with liability insurance. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer to align with our build process. Must be able to travel up to a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. Pay structure includes average earnings per daily pool install ($1,400–$1,600) with potential bonuses ($500 sign-on; $500 for every 5 pools up to 25; $1,000 extra per week for 5 installs in a week) and daily pay. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (or ability to obtain)
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- training: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
