Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsible for completing 20–30 pool installations per month with precise grading using equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level). Must have 5+ years in above-ground pool installation or residential dirt work and provide a reliable full-time helper, tools, and equipment. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Pay is structured with daily pool-install earnings ($1,400–$1,600 per install) and bonuses including a $500 sign-on and additional bonuses per week/pools. Daily pay available. Immediate start and up to 200-mile radius coverage. Company specializes in nationwide above-ground pool installations since 1982, with significant advertising and a high-volume workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver\'s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
