Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across the state. You will perform precision grading and above-ground pool installations, operating a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. The role emphasizes delivering a high-volume, quality install stream (20–30 pools per month) with immediate start ability, and includes a 3-day on-the-job training. You must have 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work, and you must bring a reliable full-time helper, your own tools/equipment, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or the ability to obtain one). Pay structure includes daily earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per pool, with opportunities to earn up to $30,000 per month, plus bonuses for signing and performance, and daily pay.
