Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for contract pool installations. Duties include completing high-volume above-ground pool installations with precision grading and dirt work, using a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat, and a transit or laser level. Role requires 5+ years’ proven experience (pool installs or grading/dirt work), a reliable full-time helper, and possession of a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability coverage. Training is provided (3 days) with a current installer. Compensation ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per daily install, with bonuses and daily pay. Requires willingness to travel up to 200 miles for installations (20–30 pools per month). Ballwin, MO location; contract-based, on-site work with no remote option.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- access to a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- capacity to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
