Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. You will complete quality installations and maintain a high-volume schedule. Requirements include 5+ years in above-ground pool installation or significant precision grading/dirt work, supervision of at least one reliable full-time helper, and owning/bringing tools and equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one). Willing to travel up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with current installers. Pay details include average earnings per daily pool install, with potential growth through bonuses and weekly incentives; daily pay is offered. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Access to a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Ability to start immediately
