Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Join Blue World Pools, Inc. to perform quality pool installations across the state within a 200-mile radius, typically completing 20–30 pools per month. You’ll work with a crew, bring your own full-size towing-capable vehicle and required equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and complete a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Expect earnings tied to daily pool installs (average $1,400–$1,600 per pool, with potential earnings up to $30,000 per month for top performers) and bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pool bonuses). Daily pay is available. Location hint: Magnolia, OH. This contractor role requires a minimum of 5+ years experience in pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, a crew member (full-time helper), and readiness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. The position emphasizes high-volume, quality installations, adherence to build processes, and efficient workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willing to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
