Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator role for Blue World Pools, Inc. seeking experienced performers to install above-ground pools across the state with a focus on high-volume workflows. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations within a defined 200-mile radius, coordinating with a full-time helper, and using specialized equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) to achieve precision grading. Compensation highlights include daily pay, a sign-on bonus, and milestone bonuses based on pools installed, with training provided on-site to ensure adherence to the company’s build process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
