Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work. Must supply an assistant and own equipment including a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level. Willingness to travel within up-to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job). Average earnings range from $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, with bonuses and daily/weekly pay structures. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 GL insurance or ability to obtain
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
