Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for Blue World Pools’ above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, plus a crew (one reliable full-time helper). You must provide your own tools including a full-size tow-capable vehicle, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Includes daily pay and potential bonuses; typical installs are 6–8 hours with earnings around $1,400–$1,600 per pool and potential to reach ~30,000 per month, with bonus structures for speed and volume. Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools monthly. Company offers a 3-day onboarding training and operates nationwide in the above-ground pool market. Location: Saint Peters, MO, United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment must be provided by you)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer to learn the build process and verify precision grading skills
