Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across MO. Must have 5+ years of experience in pool installation or residential dirt grading, own or have access to necessary equipment, and be able to cover a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Role includes completing quality installations, earning via per-install pay with bonuses, and receiving a 3-day on-the-job training. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on and extra payouts for performance milestones; daily pay is available. Training provided to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in above-ground pool installation OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- access to transit or laser level
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately
- ability to cover up to 200-mile installation radius
- ability to install 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
