Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Responsible for completing high-volume pool installations across a wide radius with precision grading and dirt work. Requires 5+ years in pool installation or significant grading experience, access to required equipment and a full-time helper, and ability to travel up to 200 miles to deliver 20–30 pools per month. Training provided; daily pay and performance bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pool bonuses) are available. Competitive earnings range: average $1,400–$1,600 per pool install (6–8 hours each), with potential to earn up to $30,000 per month. Company provides sustained project flow and nationwide pool-install workload.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
