Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) sought for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Ohio. You will install pools to company standards, leveraging 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, with own heavy equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a laser or transit level). Expect 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius; training provided on-site. Compensation includes daily earnings around $1,400–$1,600 per installation, with bonuses and daily pay. Must have valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 liability insurance; willing to start immediately. Company provides a steady stream of installs and supports full schedule fulfillment for contractors. Based in Valley, OH, operating nationwide in the pool installation space.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- own all required equipment: full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
- reliable full-time helper
