Job Summary
Experienced heavy equipment operator needed for contract-based installation of above-ground pools across the state. Must have 5+ years in pool installation or residential dirt work/precision grading, plus a reliable full-time helper, and own or have access to necessary equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Compensation highlighted with daily pay and potential bonuses; training provided. Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. Company emphasizes steady, high-volume workflow and nationwide presence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
