Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. — perform above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing 20-30 pools monthly within up to a 200-mile radius, operating a full-size tow-capable vehicle, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and using a transit or laser level. Requires 5+ years of pool-install or grading experience, at least one reliable full-time helper, and ownership or access to all necessary tools/equipment. Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or be able to obtain one). 3-day on-the-job training provided. Pay structure includes daily pay, bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on; $500 for every 5 pools up to 25), and potential earnings up to $30,000 per month. Applicants must be prepared to travel within a 200-mile radius and complete 20-30 installs per month; company offers a high-volume workload with ongoing installs and pay after each completion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
