Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading/dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide tools and equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) plus valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 liability coverage. Willingness to start immediately and service up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Includes a 3-day training program with a current installer; daily pay with bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pool bonuses). Company specializes in nationwide above-ground pool installations; maintenance of a high-volume pipeline and steady workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (own equipment required)
- License & Insurance: valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: able to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
