Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. seeking experienced installers for above-ground pool installations across the state. Roles involve high-volume pool installations with a 200-mile radius, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience, a reliable helper, access to towing-capable vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a valid driver's license with insurance. Training is provided (3 days). Compensation highlights include daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and performance bonuses tied to pools installed. Location: New Carlisle, OH. This is a contract role with steady, high-volume work and opportunities to earn up to substantial monthly totals depending on installs completed; applicants must be able to start immediately.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
